Fast wifi is available throughout the property, so you’ll be able to stream for fun or work. This property is hosted by Chris and Melissa and available by phone, text or on the airbnb platform as needed. ACCESS: Check in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. We are not able to accommodate early or late checkins/outs during busy times or same day checkins/outs for guests. The property features self-checkin using an electronic smart lock keypad. A unique door code will be provided at least 48 hours before check-in. RULES ✔ No more than the max number of guests allowed at the property based on the reservation. ✔ Quiet hours are from 10pm to 9am in respect of other surrounding properties. ✔ Avoid the use of hair dyes, hair coloring and other products that could stain linens. ✔ No fireworks, candles or discharging of firearms allowed. ✔ If the property is left excessively dirty it could require an additional cleaning fee. ✔ An adult of at least 18 years old must supervise all kids around the hot tub. GAS FIREPLACE(S): These are turned off from Mid-May to Mid-September in the warmer months. PETS: Pets are not allowed. Some guests have medical or allergy reasons for staying at places that don't allow pets, and some people simply prefer it. We have to maintain that consistency for our guests. We can't be partly pet friendly and partly not. While we wish we could accommodate this, it is just a policy we can't bend on. NOTICE: All guests at the property agree to hold the property owner and all contractors harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from or related to the use of the property. This includes, but is not limited to, any injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur on the property.
