ACCESS: Check in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. We are not able to accommodate early or late checkins/outs during busy times or same day checkins/outs for guests. The property features self-checkin using an electronic smart lock keypad. A unique door code will be provided at least 48 hours before check-in. RULES ✔ No more than the max number of guests allowed at the property based on the reservation. ✔ Quiet hours are from 10pm to 9am in respect of other surrounding properties. ✔ Avoid the use of hair dyes, hair coloring and other products that could stain linens. ✔ No fireworks, candles or discharging of firearms allowed. ✔ If the property is left excessively dirty it could require an additional cleaning fee. ✔ An adult of at least 18 years old must supervise all kids around the hot tub and lake.
