☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆
Two full bathrooms keep things comfortable for everyone. The upstairs queen bedroom enjoys its own private ensuite with a modern shower. The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to cook your favorite meals. Whether you're brewing your morning coffee to enjoy on the deck or whipping up a full dinner for the group, this kitchen has you covered.

The living room is warm, inviting, and beautifully designed — from the plush sofas and stylish sitting area to the stunning stone fireplace that anchors the entire space. Flip it on, pull a blanket, and sink in. You've earned it.

☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆
The outdoor experience here is nothing short of spectacular. Step out onto the expansive deck — complete with a pergola, comfortable outdoor seating, hot tub, gas fire pit, gas BBQ grill, and an outdoor dining table — and let the mountain air do its thing.

When you're ready for a little adventure, head down to your private lakefront access. Launch one of the two provided kayaks, cast a line and see what bites, or simply sit on the viewing platform and soak in the peaceful reflection of the mountains on the water. As the day winds down, gather around the wood-burning fire pit for s'mores, moonlit conversations, and memories you'll talk about long after you've headed home.

Lake Frame is the kind of place where every corner — inside and out — feels intentional. This is mountain living at its absolute finest.
