PETS: Pets are not allowed. Some guests have medical or allergy reasons for staying at places that don't allow pets, and some people simply prefer it. WILDLIFE & NATURE: We have a regular pest control service that maintains the grounds. However, as we are located in a rural area, potential guests should be aware that local flora and fauna, including snakes, lizards, deer, bears, raccoons, spiders, ladybugs, wasps, bees, rabbits, excessive pollen, poison ivy/oak, chiggers, beetles, field mice, ants, cockroaches, squirrels, opossums, flies, coyotes, moths, and butterflies, may be present. Despite our strict pest control and cleaning regimen, some native wildlife may still make their presence known. Because the property is in the forest, we cannot guarantee you won't see some of these. We appreciate your understanding!
