This includes comfy bed, cozy living space tastefully decorated and all of the modern conveniences. This property is hosted by Chris and Melissa and available by phone, text or on the airbnb platform as needed. The Broken Bow/Hochatown area does require the use of a vehicle. While all the roads in the area can be a bit bumpy our cabin is easily accessible & roads are flat. The cabin has a circular gravel drive for parking with plenty of space for a boat. ACCESS: Check in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. We are not able to accommodate early or late checkins/outs during busy times or same day checkins/outs for guests. The property features self-checkin using an electronic smart lock keypad. A unique door code will be provided at least 48 hours before check-in. RULES ✔ No more than the max number of guests allowed at the property based on the reservation. ✔ Quiet hours are from 10pm to 9am in respect of other surrounding properties. ✔ Avoid the use of hair dyes, hair coloring and other products that could stain linens. ✔ No fireworks, candles or discharging of firearms allowed. ✔ If the property is left excessively dirty it could require an additional cleaning fee. ✔ An adult of at least 18 years old must supervise all kids around the hot tub & fire features. We can't be partly pet friendly and partly not. While we wish we could accommodate this, it is just a policy we can't bend on.
